Carolina Beach


Just off the intracoastl waterway — Carolina Beach is one of those places where you can anchor your boat, paddle or dinghy to shore, walk to the beach and paddle out. Beach access points are located at several points along the shore. The beach is very long, with peaks all over. The town is small and low-key. Restaurants and markets are within walking distance. Anchor at 34 deg. 03 min. north, 77 deg. 53.3 min west.
